This store is "Wow"! The collections are so fun, fresh and unique. Went in to look for a vase and spent over an hour and a half shopping. Thanks Jose for the recommendations, help and great shopping experince. Gotta walk into the store, much better than looking at the catalogue.

Gerard gave fantastic customer service! I called the store to see if my favorite candle was in stock. Gerard, who I spoke to over the phone, was courteous and helpful in placing a phone order that will be available for curbside pickup. He explained, you come around to the back of the shop, call when there and give your name and say you are there to pick up. You pre-pay over the phone so it's virtually contactless.

I’m so impressed how this location handled a major issue for me. I ordered a vase online (in stock) to find out I’d receive it in 6 months! Amanda went above and beyond- found the item I was looking for, gift wrapped it and had it waiting for pick up in 20 minutes. I’ll never buy from them online again.... however I’ll gladly take time out of my day to drive over and purchase from their brick and mortar. AAA+++ for Amanda!!!

Michael did an incredible job making my shopping experience at Jonathan Adler a delightful one. I took my sweet time making up my mind on which accent chair I wanted. Michael was patient in answering my questions and following up with me. In these challenging times during the pandemic when there is a shortage of skilled talent in retail, I’m super impressed by the quality of the customer service provided by this store’s team members. Kudos to the team! I’m a happy customer. Can’t wait to see my Ether swivel chair when it arrives in a few weeks! Thanks Michael!

Great experience here. Always like the Adler aesthetic. Found an awesome pendant light. The guy working there (Gerard Marin) was very helpful. We asked him to follow up with us later after we measured things at home. He followed up to help us place the order. The light arrive damaged (fault of UPS) - but Gerard and general manager (Tav Kaekul) handled it remarkable. Honestly was surprised how responsive they were. Took care of it immediately…placed a new replacement order…and even personally came to my home to collect the broken light (I live in LA where the store is - but still surprising). Overall, strong experience.

Oh I so enjoy the devout irreverence of Jonathan Adler's furniture and decor--such an exceptional brand--but the store's enchanting virtuoso, Francisco, was so very charming, patient and helpful. It was such a delightful experience with JA.
